Since converting in the spring of 2017 from MCJFA to the current MCJF, we have invested over $100,000 into new equipment, new jerseys, technology, and player safety! Our numbers have skyrocketed and our exposure has spread from a small isolated league to one that companies and other leagues recognize all over the state!

Spring West Coast 7 on 7 Flag Football: For ages 10-14 years old! A division to sharpen 'skill position' skills and have a lot of fun!
Spring 4-6 Flag Football: A just for fun flag football league for kids just learning the game!
Fall Developmental Division: Grade based tackle football for grades 4 - 6! This is an introductory, mandatory play time, non-competitive division. Kids may be asked to play up if the coach feels it is beneficial for them.
Fall Varsity Blue Division: Grade based tackle football for grades 4 - 8! No weight restrictions in the division. Fully Competitive!
Grand Junction City Orange Knights* A right to choose and drafted 13U team. This team will play 3 intraleague games and 4 out of league games against teams from other leagues. *Traveling may be required!

Mesa County Junior Football was formed in 1978 and is now the largest and most competitive youth football league in Mesa County!
In early 2017, we converted entities and invested over $80,000 in new equipment, technology and coaching education. We saw an increase in participation by over 58%, beating the national average by a very large percentage! With between 35 - 50 local teams a year, traveling opportunities, multi-state recognition and thousands of hours of coaching experience, we are here to provide you with the best youth sports league we can!
