Another class added to the East Schedule!!!!! Starting this coming Monday Aug 2nd we will be adding a 12noon Gi class taught by Coach Israel Sousa.
So another class for yall to have access to dope BJJ ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Also for the Main Academy an, strictly for and only for, those competing at Masters worlds!!!
From Aug 8-29 every Saturday at 9am Coach Israel will be leading a drilling, specific training, QnA class. Those competing should really take advantage of this!!! Again this is only for those competing at Worlds, Jiu Jitsu Con.

Also, Also up until worlds some of us will be wearing our gis at Saturday Noon Open mat. So if Gi is your thing come get some.
