*forgot to post yesterday because my phone died and I got distracted.. but I committed to this and won’t forget to do it everyday.
I’m doing 25 push-ups for 25 days to help raise awareness for PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), anxiety, and depression that drive people to commit su***de.
Today I nominate
The rules are simple:
*Once you are nominated your 25 days starts the following day.
*Every day you record yourself doing 25 push-ups even if you have to drop to your knees to get 25.
*Every day you must nominate a different person.
Let's reach as many people as possible.Let's hope by doing this we can build awareness for anyone who is suffering from a mental illness, you are not alone and we are here for you.

Had a awesome run this morning and thanks to our older kiddos taking baby sitting duty, got to come too! Quote of the day: “I feel like a buffalo chasing behind two gazelles.” Lol! And the moment Dixie was confused about the little chiwawa on a leash, pretty sure she thought the dude was handing out squeaker toys.. 😂😂good run for all! Thanks for joining !

It’s one of the best feelings when you decide not to choose the easy way.. you make it to the top of the “hill” and can turn around and say “I did it!” You force yourself to dig deep, to find the fuel in the empty tank. Make it your choice to train the hills and take the obstacles! Then when life throws them at you, you can smile because you’re ready. You can yell “bring it on b* #%&” and crush it into oblivion!

Daydreaming about that finish line.. the 10 months of hard work, the blisters, bleeding toes, and exhaustion.. in that moment went away. One of my favorite life moments. All you can do is smile. Never quit. Never give up. Smile. Can’t wait for the next one.

Trying to get my heat tolerance built back up... no better way to do that than to run 3 miles of intervals in the middle of the day with a weight vest! Feels so good... well when I’m done anyway😂! ☀️💪🏻

A little 45 min low intensity cardio as the sun comes up. 😃 Any workout can make you sore, tired, sweaty and feel good. I workout to be better, to get results. Working out to chase a feeling doesn’t make you better. Working out hard doesn’t always make you better. Stop chasing a feeling. Harder isn’t better. Better is better. 🙌🏻
