Attached is a link to the Specified Semiautomatic Firearm Guidence quietly put out by the Department of Revenue. If you are able to purchase any of the fi****ms on this list, do it NOW — before August 1st.

This list names approximately 900 specific makes and models of semiautomatic rifles, shotguns, and handguns that will be subject to the new restrictions under SB25-003 once the rule takes effect on August 1, 2026. The DOR has also declared that all frames, receivers, and weapons parts kits for these fi****ms are likewise regulated. They openly state they will continue adding more fi****ms to the list on an ongoing basis.
