Hi, I'm back...
Since closing our location in May, I have been working on our app. to stream our classic rides, strength, HIIT, and flows while also doing small group personal training, which included 30 minutes of sculpt cycle, followed by 30 minutes of personal training sessions. This has been an incredible transition that is still expanding. Starting September 1st, I will be taking my small groups to a bigger and better space, allowing me to add 1-2 clients per group AND allowing me to offer open spin!
Open spin will be an opportunity for those with our app to go and use our equipment and stream our virtual classes. We had many members who didn't have space for a home bike but wanted to stream our workouts, so we are excited to be able to offer this option!!
Please reach out if you are interested in any of these options, as small groups are very limited!

Happy 500 rides to our girl, Paige!
Paige has been kicking ass at Sculpt Cycle for over three years and has never stopped crushing her goals, usually taking 5-8 classes a week! Paige is a hard worker, a wonderful mom, and a great friend.
Paige, we love you so much and can't imagine our community without you. Thank you for being our member!

Sarah started spinning with us the second she was cleared after having the other cutie in this picture. Just shy of 5 years, and we could not imagine the studio without her. Sarah is the kindest, most welcoming person and also kicks some serious ass on the bike!
