We also service the south eastern entry points into Quetico Provincial Park from our private tow dock on Saganaga Lake. Tuscarora Lodge, Round Lake’s only private property, provides a peaceful setting for guests in our six lakeside housekeeping cabins. One of the beauties of canoe camping is getting to bring a few extra luxuries . . . like a princess in the pea level of Thermarests. While this amount of T-rests might be a little excessive, there’s no shame in bringing a few creature comforts.

We had ample time on our hands due to the closure, so we were able to push forward an idea that we’ve been thinking about for some time now.... an online grocery store!!!

We launched our Jotform just a few weeks ago and have an array of food options for you to pick and choose from. We wanted a process that is easy to click and use, and makes shopping for your camp food stress free . . . think of it as your Boundary Waters Instacart! 

Need just a couple food items for your pack or want more backpacking meal options? We got you covered! Just submit your order at least 7 days before your arrival, and we will have everything packed and waiting for you when you come.

Here’s a map of the area of the Boundary Waters that will be open for travel and camping beginning on August 4th. All Gunflint Trail entry points will be open and you’ll be able to do all your favorite canoe routes including Red Rock, Round to Seagull, Tuscarora West, etc. The only closure on the east zone is the area around the Knife Lake area marked with yellow lines.
