How to Use the Pendulum Squat Machine 👇

1.) Set your feet shoulder-width apart on the platform.
2.) Keep your chest up and core braced.
3.) Unlock the safety handles.
4.) Lower slowly until your thighs are at least parallel (or as deep as your mobility allows).
5.) Drive through your midfoot and heels to stand back up.

Avoid locking out your knees at the top—keep constant tension on your quads and glutes.
