So proud of the work our members put in. This is not your typical “cardio” kickboxing. Trust, cardio is just part of the deal, so we go beyond that. We focus on teaching technique that engages the mind and the muscles for well-rounded fitness beyond cardiovascular endurance… and we have a lot of laughs along the way.
It’s not for everyone, but we’re not looking for everyone. We’re looking for people who like to train hard, learn, and get fitness results along the way.
