The Hidden Cost of Living

I’ve been in an energetic storm this morning. Concept coming to mind and truth revealing. Paradigm breaking, reality dawning. For example, society's concept about “the cost of living.” Right there, in plain sight, is the concept of enslavement.

Living should cost nothing. To live IS a free right, and it is a right we have given away through unconscious choice due to conditioning.

People don’t even realize they ARE the problem. Their conformism is the problem. Seeing the problem in others and not recognizing how we contribute to the problem is the problem.

No more blaming the devil or evil. They have no control if we do not allow it. But people allow it through conditioning, ignorance, and agreement. Unfortunately, they all count as the same mistake—and all are to blame.

You want a better world?
“Wake up.”

You want a better world?
“Know yourself.”

You want a better world?
“Go within.”

But you will NOT have a better world by blaming others. You have to accept that you are part of the problem. And until you can see the stick in your own eyes, you will not be able to be part of the solution—you will always be part of the problem.

What is the problem?

Living unconsciously. Living on autopilot. Living in the default program. Letting the media dictate your actions. Letting others tell you your value. Knowing what is right and still choosing what is comfortable, predictable, routine, and easy—that is the problem.

And until you find even a small WILLINGNESS for true change in the right direction, you will continue in your discontentment, in your suffering, in your sadness, in your worries, in your anxieties, in your anger, in your depression, in your insanity, in your jealousy and compulsions—in your sense of not having control.

Because in reality, you have none.

You have given all your power away.

All of the above are signs and symptoms of having given away your divine right of free choice. You have given it away to society and to the apparent, illusory comfort it provides. Still, you are as unhappy as can be.

You want to be free…

Wake up.

Know yourself.

Go within.

From Darkness to Light

Born from darkness into a universe of light.
Born into fear within a universe of love.
Born in separation within a universe
governed by the Law of One.

Yet our innate innocence and goodness
quietly weave through the web of darkness.

Like a seed that stirs, then reaches,
faithfully following the light,
so have we lived within the shell—
until now.

Now, we begin to sprout into the light.

I am deeply grateful for these tender young leaves,
gently receiving the beautiful energy
that flows from this universe.

I rejoice in having broken free from the shell,
now able to behold and embrace
the beauty and the light
this universe so freely offers.

Awaken, my sibling—there is so much more.
Break the shell of darkness,
and step into the Light.

We are Spirit —
wearing skin,
Eternal light
wrapped within.

Born of Heaven,
pure and whole,
Fire of God
in every soul.

Ninety Spirit,
ten in clay —
We chose the veil,
the earthly way.

But step by step
through time and breath,
We crowned the dust,
forgot the Depth.

We made the ten
our only sight,
And dimmed the vast,
unending Light.

The body shouted,
"Real is this!"
And we believed
the weight of mist.

Yet in the beginning —
before the fall —
We walked with God.
We were the All.

No separation,
no disguise,
Only truth
before our eyes.

Now we wander,
searching peace,
Longing for
the soul’s release.

But joy is not
in what we own —
It waits in what
we’ve always known.

We are Spirit
in a frame,
Not flesh that somehow
found a flame.

Return, return —
remember then:
The ninety calls
the lost ten.

For where it started
is still within.
The door was never locked —
just dim.

And when we turn
from dust to Light,
The spark becomes
a living sight.

Ninety Spirit.
Ten disguise.
Heaven awakens
behind our eyes.

Love is freedom.
Freedom is choice.
A new decision
than the one before.

Freedom is our birthright —
a gift from the Divine.

Every second we choose.
Every moment, a choice.

We can decide
not to choose —
but even that
is a choice.

A new decision we make today
determines what we become.
No more autopilot.
No more default.
We become conscious of our choice.

Why limit ourselves
when we can choose anew
every day?

Why conform to norms imposed
when we were born free —
free to create a world
of harmony and peace?

A new path.
A new idea.
A new song
to sing along.

A new world of respect.
A new world where differences
are appreciated.
A new world of collaboration.
A new world
where everyone can thrive,
grow,
learn.

A new decision today —
to exercise love
as freedom in action.

A new thought.
A new word.
A new world
full of hope.

Lately my heart has felt heavy with the tension in our world.

How is it possible to live in a country that celebrates freedom… yet sometimes feel afraid to speak?

This reflection came from that place.

We, The People

How is it
that we fear our own voice
in a land that calls itself free?

How is it
that liberty stands tall in stone,
yet trembles in the human heart?

How is it
that brothers and sisters
forget how to listen?

Why does disagreement
sound like division
instead of dialogue?

We, the people,
built these cities,
wrote these laws,
raise these children,
shape this world.

And yet—
we let noise tell us what to think.
We let fear tell us what to say.
We let anger tell us who we are.

But if we grow quiet…
if we turn inward…
Past the headlines,
past the opinions,
past the need to win—

There it is.
The same breath.
The same longing.
The same fragile, beautiful humanity.

Look within.
There you will find
no enemy.
There you will find
we are more alike than different.

There you will find
we are truly One.
