Private lessons and small group trainings are the fastest way for players to get better because each workout is customized to the specific needs of the player -- and the workout is very focused (more reps, higher intensity, and undivided one-on-one attention from the coach). Each session lasts one hour. We are accepting all ages and all talent levels. Girls & Boys are welcomed.

Look at Maya!! Seems like so long ago when you walked into Skills ready to compete with the boys. Then you became my play daughter. Your feet are growing so fast that maybe you are my kid. Lol.
