The WC Equestrian Team finished off the 2023 season this past weekend. The riders had some great rides over the 3 meets!
The team ended up in 4th place in a very tough division!
They both showed their flexibility and determination as I threw some brand new things at them! Great job this season girls, I’m so proud of both of you!

I’m sorry for the late update! Last weekend the West Catholic Equestrian Team was at the MIHA State Competition.
Myah and her two horses ended up tying with another team for 8th place! I’m incredibly proud of this girl for how much she has improved over the season and her determination! As far as we know, Myah was the first person to take the West Catholic Equestrian Team to States!!!
Unfortunately, this was Myah’s last season on the equestrian team. She will be very missed but we wish her the best of luck in all of her future endeavors in college! 💚🤍

Day 1 is in the books! Myah placed 8th and 9th in trail with Trent. She then got 1st in flag race with Rosie! We’re ready for Day 2- showmanship, saddleseat, and reining tomorrow!!

Myah and the horses are all settled in. We started the show off with a 1st place in coach’s leadline class tonight! The fun is just beginning!!

This team is on their way to the MIHA State Championship! Wish Myah, Trent, and Rosie the best of luck as they show at the Midland County Fairgrounds over the next few days!!

The West Catholic Equestrian Team claimed the title of Reserve Champions at the MIHA Regional Competition last weekend. On October 13th-16th, the team will be at the Midland County Fairgrounds competing at the MIHA State competition.
