Serge Mokan lost 12 lbs so far and doubled his bench press!!
2 months ago we sat down and started talking about getting serious with his physique and health. He was saying how he’s still young, but not getting younger and he’d like to develop regular workout habits that stay with him as he gets older!

We’re still training hard and will post more progress again in a month!

When growing up as a kid my dad would take me to air shows all the time and we would watch the planes do crazy stunts and go fast! I loved it and if you were to ask me what I wanted to be when I grew up I would have said a jet fighter pilot!

That’s why I’m SOOO thankful they did not ruin TOP GUN Maverick with a bunch of political crap! Just a gooooood MASCULINE action movie with no agenda! Felt like a treat, truly! 🎥 🍿 By far my favorite 80s movie!
