👋 Hi. Me again. Terrible about posting and advertising my offerings but still out here riding the waves of summer and reminding you that you have just a few more chances to flow outside with me!

Riverside Park at 6pm Thursdays (aka teaching TONIGHT) through 8/27. I alternate weeks with the lovely Han Elicegui & we will be co-teaching for the finale on 8/27 💖 Classes are DONATION-BASED (suggested $5-15)

I can’t keep up with the Instagram trends so just come please 🤣 Bring a friend.

I know this is a joke but honestly, our Tuesday restorative class pretty much feels like a nap (with some movement thrown in first!)

We've been listening to your feedback, and the people have spoken. You want more recovery, more rest, and a class where laying down is the entire workout.

Introducing Extreme Horizontal Training, our newest class designed to push your napping to the absolute limit. Pillow and blanket required, first class is free, and snoring will result in immediate disqualification.

Sounds pretty great, right? Happy April Fools from Phoenix Training. 😴

It’s cool to post a year end highlight a few weeks into the new year, right? I have not been investing much time posting lately but have to acknowledge that 2025 was another very full year and I am so grateful to still be teaching (mostly) full-time.

No two days look the same. Some days I am leading a bachelorette class on the beach. Some days I am setting up a candlelit class in a school. Some days I am teaching class with dogs, cats or goats… oh my! ❣️ I love that my days are constantly changing and yet the practice stays consistent.

If you attended one class or many in 2025, thank you.
