No contracts or special uniforms, just wear comfortable clothing and join in. No experience needed and all fitness levels are accepted. GRMAA offers three great styles, Brazilian Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, Russian Systema and Chinese Kenpo Karate. Students can affordably train in one system or all three in a safe and secure environment.
