Wondering about our classes? We are still teaching and training at Cascade Fellowship Church Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings. We are also available to do self defense classes and will work with your group to provide an age appropriate, hands on learning environment.
While we had planned to be at the park this morning.. mother natre had other ideas... see you at the church!
Greetings all. Traditionally we have not held classes between Christmas and New Years but because of all the craziness over the last couple of months And because a number of you expressed interest and availability... we WILL have a single end of the year fun class this Thursday the 29th at 7:30 for all ages and all ranks. White belts and high white belts will be dismissed by 8:15, higher ranks will stay til 9. I am hoping we put a fitting end to 2022... like kick it out the door... before we start 2023 on the right foot.
There is nothing better than kicking together. So even if it has been a while since you trained... c'mon out and have a bit of fun. And if you have sparring gear,be sure to bring it.
