So, there's good news and bad news.

First, the bad news. Me being back on this page does not mean Flip Dog is coming back. While what we created was beautiful, it took quite the toll on me and my family. Not sure I'll ever be ready to do that again.

Now, the good news! There is, in fact, a new studio opening up on the near west side this Saturday (2/1) called Yogi Union! The classes are free the first day. Also, if you look on the schedule somewhere, you just might see my name on the list. You can see that schedule and book a class here:

Not sure I'll post again before classes end, so I wanted to thank you again for all your support. I am so grateful for these 4+ years even as I lament the circumstances and shortcomings that made closing the best option.

Remember that you can change, create, or improve whatever you set your eyes on: yourself, your world. You've got what you need.

Hey friends, I've got some sad news. Flip Dog is closing at the end of the month.

I opened this place for people like you. I wanted to bring yoga to you in a way that would remove all barriers to you feeling like your realest (real word?) self.

We've made it through a pandemic and, personally, a whole lot of struggle. But now it's time for me to move on to other things.

Thank you for sharing this journey with me.
