Our Luminary NextGen athletes just wrapped up an incredible first week! After tackling all their baseline pre-tests, these kids are officially ready for the journey ahead.
Over the next 5 weeks, we are diving deep into developing strength, agility, teamwork, and unstoppable confidence.

Hey Grand Rapids parents! 👋 If you’re looking for a summer program that gets your kids off their screens and building real-world strength and confidence, check out the Luminary NextGen Youth Athletic Development Program at Luminary Fitness! Our 6-week program is designed to build healthy habits and athletic skills in a fun, supportive environment.
PROGRAM DETAILS
Dates: June 8th – July 15th (6-Week Program)
Days & Times: Mondays & Wednesdays @ 10:00 AM
Ages: 8–16 years old
Location: Luminary Fitness (Grand Rapids, MI)
Price: $360 per child
WHAT WE FOCUS ON:
Over the 6 weeks, your child will work on:
Strength, Agility, Speed, & Confidence!
We test & retest 8 fundamental athletic movements that provide Measurable Results:
Deadlift, Back Squat, Vertical Jump, 20-Yard Sprint, Chin-Up/Ring Row, Push-Up, Medicine Ball Throw, and Grip Strength.

Meet your Coach: Courtney Beltran 🏋️♀️
If you’ve been in my class, you know I’m the one who will “over-explain” every movement. I’m a firm believer that the more you understand the why, the better you’ll move!
I’ve spent the last 10 years deeply rooted in Strength & Conditioning and Personal Training, with the last 4 years diving headfirst into the CrossFit world. Whether it’s competing in local CF comps or grinding through a 50k ultra-marathon, I love testing my limits—and helping you find yours.
