Stay at the line.

At REVfit we believe that a personal approach to training is key to obtaining sought after results. In the fifteen years of personal training I’ve learned that not two clients are one in the same, especially in one’s understanding of what “results” means to them individually. Whether you are an exercise junkie in need of a fix, or a newbie struggling to maintain the courage it takes to change, I am committed to standing along side a person no matter where the road takes us. All you have to do is put one foot in front of the other and leave the rest to us. Sound fun? For me it is. I live for this sh*t. But to be completely upfront not everyone loves to exercise. Shocker I know!! Change can be hard especially when you discover training the body is only part of the process at REVfit. The “why” behind our choices can make or break a transformation. That’s why at REVfit our trainers strongly believe having a guide to assist you through what ever comes your way allows you to make a lasting impression for you and your loved ones. All you’ve got to do is have faith in the process and trust that not a single client I’ve ever worked with has ever regretted being in the best shape of their life. I guarantee it!

Passed the eval. Now it’s time to prove I can protect the account. MNQ tonight—one contract, A+ setups, zero revenge trading. Confidence controlled by discipline. 📈

We as men are often handed a nearly impossible assignment: lead, serve, provide, protect, build, plan, respond, remain patient, stay strong but gentle, be serious but funny, stay fit, look sharp - and somehow always smell good. 🐽

The danger begins when you and your wife place you on a false pedestal where you’re expected to be everything, carry everything, and never break.

Because when you inevitably fall from that pedestal, it’s a long way down.

Men are human. We become overwhelmed, afraid, exhausted, and wounded. We make mistakes. We need grace, accountability, support, and somewhere safe to tell the truth.

I challenge every man walking through separation, divorce, failure, or any season that has stripped away his identity: stop measuring your worth by your ability to appear invincible.

Tell the truth. Accept responsibility. Ask for help. Rebuild.

You were never meant to live on a pedestal. Stay at the line.

“He who finds a wife finds a good thing.” — Proverbs 18:22

But maybe the season of waiting isn’t just about finding her.
Maybe it’s about God preparing me to recognize her—and preparing me to be the husband she deserves.

A ring doesn’t create character.
A wedding doesn’t create commitment.
And chemistry doesn’t create compatibility.

So I’m done rushing what God may still be preparing.

Become the husband. Trust God with the wife.

For the rest of my days.

Hard seasons have a way of showing you things you couldn’t see when life was comfortable.

I learned I hadn’t invested enough in real friendships. I learned that clients aren’t necessarily friends. I learned that some people genuinely had their own battles and nothing left to give.

I also learned that hardship reveals people.

Some showed compassion. Some judged. Some disappeared. And some may have felt a little better about their own lives while watching mine fall apart.

But maybe the biggest lesson was this:

Sometimes hardship doesn’t change the people around you.

It just reveals them.

Never in my fu***ng life did “rich people problems” sound so good. 😂

Profit splits? Taxes? Funded accounts? PLEASE. After everything it took to get here, I’ll gladly take those problems.

I didn’t come this far to complain about the cost of winning. 📈

I walk toward Him.
I pull away.
Over and over.

Abandonment taught me how to leave.
Faith is learning how to stay.

Father, don’t allow me to leave your side.
