The best amateur fighters in Michigan are stepping into the ring this weekend for the Michigan Golden Gloves State Championships.

Two nights. No easy paths. Just fighters who earned their spot and are ready to prove it.

Winners punch their ticket to Nationals, and for a lot of these athletes, this is where everything changes.

Cold beer. Live fights. Real energy. Nothing like it.

ProKarate / PK Boxing will be closed today January 27 due to the weather.

As of right now we are planning on being open tomorrow (Saturday, January 24) for our regular schedule -BUT- just to be sure check in the morning either on ProKarate Grand Rapids or PK Boxing Gym. I'll post by 8:00 AM if we are going to close.

Friday, January 23 we will not be running our usual schedule. The 3:30 PM KCJC Boxing workout and 5:00 "New Guy Sparring" are cancelled for tomorrow. Sorry guys!
