🔥 June BBCT Challenge Results Are In! 🔥

What a battle! Our June Sled Push Challenge brought out incredible grit, determination, and a whole lot of competitive spirit.

🏆 Women’s Champion: Kara Brace

90 lb sled
125-foot push × 160 trips
Total distance: 20,000 feet (nearly 3.8 miles!)

🏆 Men’s Champion: Jake Balke

140 lb sled
125-foot push × 701 trips
Total distance: 87,625 feet (an incredible 16.6 miles!)

Think about that for a second…

Kara pushed a 90-pound sled for almost 4 miles, and Jake pushed a 140-pound sled for over 16½ miles. That’s an unbelievable display of physical and mental toughness.

A huge thank you to everyone who participated. We saw some outstanding performances across the board, and the effort, encouragement, and competitive energy made this one of our best monthly challenges yet.

Congratulations to Kara and Jake for taking home the June title! 👏💪

Who’s ready for the July Challenge? Farmers carry capacity🔥

3 Days. Dozens of Lectures. One Overarching Theme: Human Potential.

I just wrapped up three days at Dave Asprey’s BEYOND Biohacking Conference in Austin — one of the premier events in longevity, performance, and consciousness.

A few themes that stood out:

🔹 Muscle is the organ of longevity.
Dr. Gabrielle Lyon made it clear: the real epidemic isn’t obesity — it’s declining skeletal muscle health. Muscle quality influences everything from insulin sensitivity and cardiovascular health to cognitive function and independence as we age.

🔹 Purpose may be the ultimate biohack.
Jay Shetty reminded us that achievement without purpose often leads to emptiness. Presence, meaning, and authentic connection remain critical — especially in a world full of distractions.

🔹 Relationships are biology in action.
John Gray explored how testosterone, estrogen, oxytocin, and dopamine shape the way we connect, communicate, and maintain healthy relationships.

🔹 The body wants to heal.
From stem cells and peptides to hyperbaric oxygen and mitochondrial support — the throughline was this: give the body the right environment, and its healing potential is remarkable.

🔹 The future of health is proactive, not reactive.
The focus wasn’t on treating disease. It was on building capacity, resilience, and healthspan before problems arise.

Optimal health isn’t found in a single supplement or protocol. It’s built through strength, nutrition, recovery, sleep, relationships, purpose, and self-awareness — the same principles we work on with our members every day at Body By Choice.

The tools evolve. The mission doesn’t:

Cultivating The Gift of Life.
