Today’s Memorial Day workout was by far one of the BEST we’ve ever done. DJ TBreeze kept the energy high from start to finish… we worked out, sweated, danced, laughed, and even shed a few tears.

So many memories. So many lives changed. And through it all, we stayed authentic every single step of the way.

But the real transformations at Life Addicts were never just physical.

They were the moments when someone who didn’t believe in themselves finished their first workout.

The moment someone pushed through a rep they were sure they couldn’t do.

The moment a room full of people started cheering for someone like their victory was their own.

That’s when you realized something powerful was happening.

Because what made Life Addicts special wasn’t just the workouts.

It was the community behind them.

People encouraging each other.
Holding each other accountable.
Celebrating wins together.
Walking through hard seasons together.

Strangers became teammates.
Teammates became friends.
And for many… it became family.

What we’re about to say isn’t easy to share publicly, but here goes….

What most people don’t realize is that it takes capital to start a business…and it also takes capital to close one well. Our heart is to finish this chapter the same way we tried to run it for 12 years with integrity and in good faith.

That means making sure every loose end is handled the right way.

So today we’re choosing transparency and humility.

WE NEED HELP…

We could really use the support of the community that has supported us for over a decade. If Life Addicts has ever impacted you through a workout, a conversation, a friendship, or even just a season of your life we are asking if you would consider helping us finish this chapter well.

If you feel led to support, our most pressing need is financial. To walk away at the end of May without significant debt we need to raise $12,000. We are actively working to do our part by liquidating our equipment and other assets, but even with those efforts there is still a gap we are working to close.

This will allow us to close out our lease and focus solely on remaining fiscally responsible to other liabilities accumulated while navigating the highs & lows of running a small business in a volatile market.

The relationships built within these walls are what made the last 12 years truly meaningful, and it’s that same community spirit that gives us the courage to ask for help now.

Every movement starts with a few people who believe before anyone else does.

Showing up during hard seasons.
Encouraging someone through their last rep like it was their own.
