From JT Lawson's mom today.
He's progressing, but it is very slow. The journey will be a long one. Sadly he has also put on some weight due to not being on his adhd meds at the moment. And he is having a lot of pain in PT. He can remember some of his karate forms but he has lost the ability to do the amazing high kicks he used to do, and due to his instability he can't turn quickly either, so he is limited in what he can use in PT. But they are still using some of his training for the memory recall portion of things right now. His cognitive reasoning and impulse behavior skills are still a struggle as well. So we have good days and not so good days. Right now I am at the studio packing, as I am moving out of my current location, and he fell asleep on the couch. A frequent thing each day after therapy as well.
