It was a fun summer of ball and we want to wish these boys good luck headed back to college this week. Except John of course, he is already in the real world. Bazil to Mount Marty in Yankton SD, Andrew at Winona State U, Zach at U of MN Crookston and Reid at St. Cloud State U. and Jordan at UW Stout. Go gettem guys.

Indians win game 1 today on a walk off HR by Reid Holum in the btm of the 9th and complete game on the mound by John Skrbec.
Despite Andrew Geislingers 2 HRs in game 2 the Indians lose. Game 3 for all the marbles will be tomorrow at 2pm at legion field. Lose and season is over, win and Indians will move on to the final 4 Region tournament.

And the Arrowhead League playoffs begin!!!
Saturday the Indians start a best 2 out of 3 series with the Bemidji Bucks. Game 1 is at 4pm at Legion Field in GR. Game 2 will follow and a game 3 (if needed) will be Sunday at 2pm. All games are 9 innings.

Indians vs Twin Port Northstars tonight 7:30pm at Legion field in GR. Last regular season game of the summer. Playoffs start Saturday!

2015 MN State VFW Champions! Congratulations boys !!!!!!!!!

Grand Rapids VFW 1 Maple Grove 0 Final at VFW State tourney in New Ulm. The win makes GR VFW the only undefeated team in State tourney. Boys will wait now to see who comes back through the losers bracket to play them tomorrow for a State Championship.

Nice evening for a ball game in New Ulm.

Indians split with Duluth Saturday at Wade Stadium and remain in pole position to win the regular season Arrowhead League title. The Indians will play the Bemidji Bucks at Legion Field in Grand Rapids Thursday evening at 7:30pm in their final Arrowhead league game of the season.
