How has everyone been. Has been awhile since a last post. New things are coming to APMMA this spring. We are working on developing a new fight system that works for every fighter and non fighter. Bringing back what Mixed Martial Arts is about.
This week is getting exciting. We will be training our own Joseph Smith for his up coming super heavyweight title fight on February 14th. Lets support him by training and working out with him. Some sessions and workouts will be at Up & Out gym Mon, Wed, & Friday. Needed some super heavyweights to spar with.
