The only way to truly heal anything that’s hard on you, is to focus on you.
Self development time. Bible study. The gym. Self worshiping. Alone time. Time to think & process.
Be healthy with how you handle life struggles & down falls.

I can’t lose weight.
I can’t gain weight.
I don’t have energy.
I don’t see progress.
I don’t have time.
I don’t feel like working out.

I could go on with excuses & excuses of why you think you can’t do it.

However, I used to use some of those same excuses & check this video out of my progress since 2017!

I’m tired. I work. I go to college. I maintain family time & some friend time. I battle autoimmune diseases; Crohn’s disease, IBS & arthritis. I’m on medications that drain my energy. I’m battling a disease that weakens my joints. I’m battling a disease that makes it hard for my body to gain weight/muscle & it also makes it hard for my body to hold in nutrients. My body is fighting daily against itself while my insides literally attack my intestines, colon & more. I struggle mentally from past trauma & abuse & the gym is my ESCAPE. It’s where I sweat out my anger, pain, and just find peace with it all. It’s where I clear my head.

Y’all, the truth is, we ALL STRUGGLE. One way or another, but it’s not our struggles that define us or our future, but our drive to reach our goals no matter the obstacles & speed bumps life throws at us.

Progress doesn’t happen over night, it happens when you stop making excuses and start putting in the work!

My DM is always open. ❤️

Deadlifts will forever be one of my favorite workouts 🤷🏻‍♀️💪🏽 great for both glutes & back! My b***ys crying bc I killed a 2 hour leg workout yesterday. 🙃

Took a solid week & 3 days off due to being exhausted & battling a crohns flare up.
Finally hit the gym tonight, but for a 45 minute ab workout & that was all. 😅

This next week, my goal is to cut out the sweets, at least cut back on pop, increase my water intake & not eat fast food.

What’re your goals for the week!? Hold yourself accountable, y’all. 🤘🏽

Happy Monday, y’all!

A quick clip of a leg workout from a few days ago! One of my favorite workouts & a good b***y burner!

Never skip a Monday! Make Monday the best day of the week so you set up the rest of your week to be just as good!

80% of success comes from just showing up.

Show up!
There’s always room for improvement.
I’ve been doing this consistently since 2016 & I’m still not satisfied.
Do it for you!

My kinda Friday bar night...we do pre workout shots over here 😉🏋🏽‍♀️💪🏽

BELIEVE the only way to achieve is to trust yourself.

DISCIPLINE do it even if you don’t feel it.

STRONG build a strong mindset, the body will follow.

CONSISTENCY this lifestyle is a marathon, not a sprint.

SECRET there is no secret, only hard work & consistency.

I can’t say my workouts & eating smaller meals & less junk food is helping my b***y & leg gains, but it’s got my belly basically gone & my arms are starting to cut down, as well. Only 2 months left of cutting season for me, and then it’s back to the grind on heavy lifting & bulking the lower body again. Oh and consuming TONS of protein & carbs 😅

DM is open for any pointers, workouts, or advise wanted. 🥰

Lower abdominal ab workout.

I used a 10lb weight & rested it on my legs & then raised them just off the ground a few inches. Laying flat on my back. Do not use your arms at all, simply rest them along side of you. If you have to, put them under tour butt cheeks. You can also do this with no weights at all. 😅 these are the hardest abs to build, but this workout really targets them hard. 💪🏽

I do 3-4 reps for 45 seconds

Good luck! Get it!

PROGRESS POST!! I don’t think I’ve ever really explained my journey...
first pic- party girl! Ate horribly, drank at least every weekend if not more. Weighed about 170-180lbs.
Second pic- about a year after I got extremely sick & was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease. I lost SO much weight. Completely lost any b***s I ever had & my butt was almost as flat as a pancake. I weighed about 120lbs.
Third pic- taken this month. 2 years into consistently hitting the gym, lifting && eating properly. I weigh about 150lbs now.

trust your process! The good, the bad && the ugly!! Can’t wait to see where the next year takes me 💪🏽

Been more focused on myself, than social media & posting lately...still working at it though!! Hopefully, during winter I’ll be taking classes to be a certified personal trainer && be offering online coaching. 🙏🤘🏽💪🏽
