Looking around the room one final time for our weekly adult group class was incredibly special. We were reminded of just how much Eden Studio has meant to so many people over the years.
Eden has been a place for strength, healing, movement, friendship, encouragement, growth, and connection. It has been a place where people showed up for themselves and for one another, and we will forever be grateful for the community that grew within these walls.
And while our weekly adult group classes have officially come to a close, this is not the end of Eden Studio! 🎉
We are excited to enter a new season and continue serving our community through:

✨ Private sessions by appointment
✨ Prenatal & Postnatal workshops, based on enrollment
✨ Healing therapies at Spirit of Health Wellness Center

Postpartum recovery isn’t about rushing back to where you were before pregnancy. It’s about understanding what your body needs now and learning how to reconnect with your core, pelvic floor, breath, and movement patterns.

Our 6 Week Postnatal Pilates Series begins September 14th, giving you a supportive space to rebuild strength, improve body awareness, and feel more confident in your movement during this season of motherhood.

And you’ll be guided by Sarah, a mother of five who understands firsthand the unique needs of the postpartum body. As a Physical Therapist, Polestar Trained Pilates Instructor, certified Spinning Babies Aware Practitioner, and Restore Your Core™ Method Trained, Sarah brings both clinical expertise and personal experience to the program.

This incredible group of instructors has poured so much love, passion, knowledge, and energy into Eden and we’re so grateful for every person who has walked through our doors. 💚

As we shared recently, our weekly adult group classes will come to a close on August 28th, but this is NOT the end of Eden! We’re excited to continue offering EngageKids (enrollment opening soon!), private sessions, prenatal & postnatal workshops, healing therapies, and new offerings in the future. 🌿
