Acronyms of fitness.. I’m sure you are familiar with most of these but here’s a little refresher:
AMRAP-As many rounds as possible
EMOM- Every minute on the minute
PR- Personal Record
HIIT- High intensity interval training
NSV-Non scale victory
DOMS- Delayed onset muscle soreness
AHAP- as heavy as possible
