Caregivers, drop those big kids off for their first day at school and then come straight to the library for a little movement, mindfulness, and controlled chaos. 😂💛

Join us Monday, August 24 at 8:30 AM for a FREE Mommy & Me Yoga class designed for Pre-K and younger kiddos!

Expect:

😂 A healthy dose of chaos
💛 And lots of opportunities for little ones to just BE KIDS

This class is all about moving together, connecting, playing, and making space for the beautiful (and sometimes VERY wiggly) energy that comes with little ones.

No yoga experience necessary. Just bring yourself, your kiddo, and a willingness to roll with it!

We’ll stretch, strengthen, balance, breathe, laugh, and yes—you’ll probably be surprised by how much you can do while seated (or using the chair for support!).

No getting up and down from the floor. No experience needed. Just come as you are.
