Introducing the Granite City Golf League (GGL)! ⛳️
Dates: October 18, 2026 – March 28, 2027
Session Length: 20-Week Session
Schedule: Sundays from 11:00 AM – ~7:00 PM (No play on holidays)
Note: The official schedule will be released at least one month prior to start once all team rosters are finalized.
💰 End-of-Season Prize Payouts
🥇 1st Place: $2,400
🥈 2nd Place: $1,440
🥉 3rd Place: $960
👥 Team Roster & Format
Roster Size: 6-person team rosters (Each team must designate a Team Captain)
Weekly Lineup: 3 players compete each week against 3 players from an opposing team
Match Length: 9-hole matches
Holes 1–3: Alternate shot (all 3 players involved)
Holes 4–9: Individual Match Play (All 6 players tee off together, playing simultaneous 1v1 singles matches: Player 1A vs. Player 2A, Player 1B vs. Player 2B, Player 3A vs. Player 3B)
Scoring: Point system based on the TGL format (excluding the challenge flag)
💵 Fees & Deposits
Team Deposit: $100 per player ($600 total per team) to reserve your team spot
Why a deposit? Required solely to protect the integrity of the league schedule and ensure commitment across all teams.
Refund Policy: The $600 deposit will be fully returned once the league season ends and your team successfully completes the session. If a team drops out before or during the season, the $600 deposit will not be refunded.
Weekly Fees: $25 total per player each week
$15 Golf Fee (paid directly to The Golf Station)
$10 League Fee (goes toward end-of-season prize payouts)
📋 League Policies
Cancellations: Any match cancellations or rescheduling requests must directly involve both your opponent team and The Golf Station.
Makeup Matches: All cancelled matches must be made up within two weeks of the original scheduled date.
