100 likes!!!! We would like to thank all of you for your support. Hopefully we can show people how rewarding Parkour can be. Not only physically or mentally, but in every day life. There are many obstacles in life and Parkour shows us how to overcome them. Also, theres no way to explain how it feels to learn about yourself on a deeper level. These days everything is surface deep. Parkour shows you how to think outside the box and also to just be yourself. It's true freedom.
