Santa and Mrs. Claus said lots of people are requesting barbels and plates for Christmas. They asked for a workout before they had to deliver. We face ten a good one. Mrs. Claus did Fran in less than 2 minutes!

We’ve added a coach to our amazing staff! She’s a familiar face at the morning classes. Morgan Bugosh has been training in CrossFit for almost eight years and has her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. When not working she spends time with her husband hiking and playing with their dog. When asked what’s the most important thing about training she said, “compare yourself to you, not others.” She’s excellent at body mechanics and is excited to see you all in group classes.
