Over 6 miles of walking achieved during working hours through a combination of getting outside before seeing my first patient, gaps between appointments and during my lunch break. No excuse! It CAN be done! 😁

Grants Pass Runners. We are all aware of the over population of cats in our town. My husband and I have tried to contact many Humane Societies and Shelters, but none offer catch and release spay/neuter services due to cost. How many of you are willing to run a 5K in Grants Pass to raise money for this desperately needed service in our community? If we charged a $ 30 entry fee and could get local sponsors for advertising, tee shirts, water, food donations (bananas, apples, yogurt, etc) and placement metals...I think this would be a great place to start making HUGE difference in our community!
