Its great having Garrett visit us from Thailand where he has been living and fighting for 7 years. He’s been sharing some great tips & tricks while reminding me what real Muay Thai is all about. It is a complex martial art differing significantly from kickboxing. It encompasses many specific methods and techniques to deliver kicks, knees, elbows, and punches. Plus the grappling element of clinch fighting really sets it apart from other striking arts. Real Muay Thai is hard to find as most gyms are actually mostly practicing kickboxing methods. Its no wonder Muay Thai is the most dominant striking art in the world.
