Hello Facebook friend's, I just wanted to share my new achievement in martial arts.

Today for the first time ever I broke the entire stack of 7 boards... that is equivalent to 3 1/2 2x4 boards together or 8 inch thick board...

Its taken me over a year to accomplish this.
