There’s SO much information out there… and half of it contradicts the other half.

No wonder you feel stuck.
One person says more cardio.
Another says cut carbs.
Another says lift—but not too heavy.
It’s exhausting.

Here’s the truth:
You don’t need more information.
You need to stick to the basics.
You need a simple plan you can actually stick to.

Lift weights. Stay consistent. Give it time.
That’s where the real change happens.

If you’re ready to stop guessing and actually follow a plan built for you, my Menopause Strength Blueprint is where we start. Link in bio.

People see the workouts and the client wins. What they don't see is me switching hats a dozen times before lunch — writing programs, answering messages, filming content, doing the books, figuring out marketing, and somewhere in there actually coaching.

Nobody hands you a manual for this part.
You just learn it by doing all of it, badly at first, then a little better each time.

If you run your own business and feel like you're everyone and everything all at once — you're not behind, you're just doing what it actually takes.

Tag another business owner who's wearing fifteen hats today.

Are you confused?
Or did you realize that there aren't any reasons why you shouldn't lift weights.

Lifting weights consistently has nothing but positive benefits to your life and your health.

So if you aren't doing it yet can I ask, why not?
If it's because you don't know where to start I would love to help you out.
DM me "HELP" for some strength training guidance.

It’s never too late to start.

Not too late to build muscle.
Not too late to take care of your body.
Not too late to feel strong, confident, and at home in your own skin again.
To be who you are!

You’re not behind. You’re not too old.
You’re just getting started… with a little more wisdom this time.

Start where you are. Keep it simple. Stay consistent.
That’s where everything changes.

There's something so satisfying about proving to yourself in your 40s that you're not slowing down — you're just getting started.

Stronger lifts, more confidence, showing up for myself in a whole new way.

If you want that same "10/10 obsessed" feeling in your own training, that's exactly what the Menopause Strength Blueprint is built for — 12 weeks, 1:1 with me, built around your body in this exact season of life.

Sometimes it's hard to not compare ourselves to what we see other people post on social media.

We see their clean and house and think ours is a dWhat you see on social media is real, but it's rarely the full picture.
Most people aren’t posting the argument before the photo, the bad workout, the hard conversation, or the quiet, unremarkable Tuesday.
You're seeing someone's highlight reel and comparing it to your entire behind-the-scenes.

Comparison is basically guaranteed to lose every time, because you're not actually comparing your life to theirs — you're comparing your whole story to their best five seconds.

So if you've been feeling behind, or less-than, or like everyone else has it more figured out than you — take a breath.
They don't.
Nobody's life looks exactly like their feed, including the person you're comparing yourself to right now.

Follow accounts that make you feel good. Mute the ones that don't. And remember: real life doesn't need a highlight reel to be worth living.

After 40, your body starts changing whether you train or not — the only question is whether you're building something through it or just watching it happen.

Two things nobody tells you enough:
You're losing muscle every year starting in your 30s (and it speeds up through menopause)
Your bones need resistance to stay dense — cardio alone won't do that for you.

Strength training is the one thing that actually addresses both.
Not to look a certain way.
To stay strong, capable, and independent for decades.

If you're over 40 and still treating strength training as optional, this is your sign to stop doing that and actually start doing something about it.

Give me a 🫪 if you know you should be lifting but you don't. (There is no shame in being someone who hasn't started yet. It's never too late).

Nobody asked, but here's what building real strength in menopause actually takes — and it has nothing to do with the scale.

If you're only using this season to try to shrink, you're missing what your body actually needs right now.

Muscle isn't optional after 40 — it's protection.
For your bones, your metabolism, your independence twenty years from now.

Swipe through for what that actually looks like day to day.
None of it is complicated. And you probably already know it. But it also isn't what diet culture told you to focus on.

Which one are you already doing, and which one do you need to start? Tell me below.
