After dwelling on the thought, I have decided to cancel tomorrow’s Pound fit class.
Having Daniel πŸ‘ΆπŸΌ I want to take the precautions that I can control.
I am out of work, and my training as been canceled for now, so I will let everyone know as soon as I can about classes going forward and what a hopeful busier schedule will look like. πŸ’ͺ🏼

In this two-hour workshop you will experience:
β€’ Gentle floor-based movement to soften and open the body for pranayama (breath work)
β€’ Guided progressive relaxation technique to release tension in the body
β€’ Heavily propped restorative poses to cultivate space for silence and stillness
β€’ Accessible mindfulness tools to support your nervous system in your daily life
