RIP to a legend.

I’m blessed to have been able to meet . This photo was taken at the 2016 Dallas Europa, which was the last show I competed at as a pro. John and I chopped it up about the industry, and he gave me great advice about growing up as a young man in professional bodybuilding. We both also weighed the same in this pic which we joked about too haha. Needless to say he was one of the nicest most down to earth men I’ve ever met. Hate to see you go buddy. Heaven gained a good one!

8 years, a couple tattoos, and a 50lb difference between the two photos. Lots of ups and downs between 2013 and now, But one thing I didn’t do it stop lifting. I have one solid piece of advice for anyone struggling to meet their goals….. DONT STOP!
