Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and ambitious Receptionist / Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team.

Responsibilities:
☑️Answer phone calls and direct them to the correct department with professionalism.
☑️Perform data entry tasks in accounting software and spreadsheets.
☑️Verify and reconcile timesheets and spreadsheets ensuring accuracy.
☑️Create AR invoices.
☑️Submit invoices into vendor portals.
☑️Maintain and organize files with precision.
☑️Perform other responsibilities as determined by supervisor.

Requirements:
☑️Proven experience in an administrative position (AR preferred), or similar role.
☑️Must understand basic billing practices.
☑️Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
☑️Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
☑️Must be able to work independently as well as with a team.
