We’re kicking off October 5–11 with mixed training Monday through Wednesday, then moving into endurance Thursday through Saturday. Sunday brings active de-load to round things out.

Every Friday in October, we’re wearing pink in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month and the people and families affected by breast cancer.

Join us October 2, 9, 16, 23, and 30. A shirt, socks, a headband, whatever pink looks like for you!
