We will not only train you, but we will also motivate, educate, and inspire you to become the best “you” that you can possibly be. We will provide you with constantly changing, customized, challenging workouts, and you will NEVER be bored. We will offer you on-going support, motivation, and accountability with our comprehensive approach to fitness and wellness. We will make sure that you see AMAZING results. We are also a community of friends who help, guide, support, share, and laugh together. “Today marks my 6-year Sweatshop anniversary…

From the very first day I walked through those doors to today, this place has only gotten better and more meaningful to me.

I’ve never been someone who was consistent with exercising, so to look back and realize I’ve been doing this for SIX YEARS is something I’m incredibly proud of! A huge part of that is because of the amazing environment that has been created here. I’m surrounded by incredible friends and trainers who are constantly supportive, encouraging, and motivating—and somehow manage to make me actually excited to walk through those doors. 🥰

The Sweatshop has given me so much more than just a place to work out. It’s given me some truly amazing friendships, a stronger and healthier relationship with myself, a better self-image, and—most importantly—a genuine enjoyment of being active.

I’m laughing and smiling the entire time. I leave motivated and exhausted…..in a good way.

I am not the most coordinated and have no rhythm but it doesn’t matter, no judgement ever.
