2025 County Championships are in the books!!

Our team was awarded the Margaret Gilbert Award!!! This award is given to the team with the best Sportsmanship in their division. The best part is that it is voted for by the teams themselves in each division!

This is truly a TEAM award! Thank you to all of our families due fostering such an amazing environment day in and day out!

Grace James
This little Barracuda has been improving steadily each week and she had a great meet this week. Season bests in both of her events!! Keep working hard -- Awesome job Grace!!

Caleb Ritchie
Caleb has been practicing with older swimmers all summer. While it's not always easy, it's helping him get better. Two personal bests in 50 and 10 free this week AND showed good sportsmanship by congratulating his competition after each event. You're only gonna get faster Caleb!!

Abbie Lee
This young lady is a talented swimmer in perhaps our most talented age group (13-14 girls). Each week she's willing to swim any event and always does a great job. She also helps make sure her sister doesn't miss an event! Love me some Abbie Lee!!!

Mack Ford
Mack was out of town and missed some time in the pool, but still managed to make a big impact on our meet. Personal bests in both of his events and helped both relays to season bests. Glad you were back Mack!!!

Tessa Hukee
Another Barracuda who's willing to swim most any event. She's also sometimes an unofficial coach who's been very supportive of her younger brother. She's a great teammate and dropped big time in her 50 breaststroke. You're the best Tessa!

Week 3 -- O6/12/2025 vs. Flowers Crossing
Penny Inthirath - This little Barracuda has been working extra hard from the beginning of the season to make a full lap without holding on to the ropes. She had an amazing improvement of 30 since last week!! Awesome job Penny!!

Rilynn and Elise Sintich - This sister combination was amazing!! They BOTH did season bests in EVERY event they swam -- Great job by the amazing Sintich Sisters!!!!

Temi Ojo - Temi has been working hard to improve and he did that with time drops in both of his events. He also showed great team spirit by cheering on his little sister in both of her events. Way to go Temi!!!

Quinn Flemming - Well known by the team as one of our best overall swimmers, Quinn always performs well -- she's ranked in the top 2 in Gwinnett in multiple events. But she's also one of our best teammates by cheering on other Barracudas at every meet. Thanks for being a great teammate Quinn!!!

Ryan Mohr - This Barracuda swims consistently hard at every meet and this week was no exception. He did season bests in ALL of his events this meet. Great meet Ryan!!!!

GCSL County Merchandise Shop is NOW open!

The County Championship merchandise store is open! Pre-sales will run through June 23rd, at midnight to allow Embroidery Express time to prepare orders for delivery starting July 7, 2025.

As in previous years, Embroidery Express will be onsite at Georgia Tech during all three days of the 2025 GCSL County Meet; Friday, July 11 through Sunday, July 13. Their merchandise table will be located upstairs near the entrance and will be open from the time doors open until the final event each day.

They will have a generous supply of items available; however, to ensure you get your preferred styles and sizes, it’s recommended that you order during the presale. Otherwise, plan to shop early for the best selection of sizes and colors.

Ronen Vargas This young Barracuda has been trying hard in practice to improve and it's paying off! BIG time drops and helped his medley relay. Awesome job Ronen!!

Savannah Lewis Don't know what she had for breakfast yesterday, but we should give it to the whole team! Big improvements in EVERY event. Great swimming Savannah!!

Matthew Thomas In his three events, Matthew improved a total of nearly THIRTY seconds!! Filled in for his older brother on both 13-14 relays that posted season bests. Greet night at the pool for Matthew!!!

Eli Anderson Already pretty fast, he dropped time in all his advance and showed great sportsmanship congratulating competing swimmers. Wonderful to see Eli set a good example for all Barracudas!

Brianna Massey She wasn't feeling great last week, but she was felling GREAT last night!! Time drops in all her events and a BEAUTIFUL 50 fly on the medley relay. Keep swimming hard Brianna!!

This young lady dropped HUGE time in both of her events, easily winning them both. Awesome swimming Jane!!

Brayden Seigler
Dropped huge time in the 25 free and swam breaststroke and butterfly for the first time for the Barracudas. Great job Brayden!

Ariyah Sandiford
BIG time drops from last year in all her events! She also stepped up big helping both relays win. Great night Ariyah!!

Wyatt Jahner
Great swims in all his events and displayed excellent sportsmanship congratulating all his competitors after his races. You make us proud Wyatt!!

Evan & Eli Scandiff
Have watched these two for years and they have improved so much -- and they're competing with the "big boys" this year. Both had big time drops and willing to swim any event. Great start to the season!!
