As always it was a pleasure to have Nick Nordell and Dave Evans of Flow State Athletics. Nick is gonna tear it up on the 14th of December!

Just a quick heads up. We will be CLOSED for Labor Day! Enjoy the sunshine and family time. We will see you at the kids classes and adult classes on Tuesday!

More progress! The floors are almost done being laid down, and after that we have equipment to move in, set up, and organize. There is a ton of cleaning left to do, but we will get it done!

Good morning from the Counter Punch Crew! Yesterday we disassembled everything and staged all of our gear and materials for today. Our new mat space was created and today we will be securing them to the ground. Our walls are getting touch ups and a fresh coat of white paint as well. Hopefully by the time practice starts (5pm for anyone looking to hop in with us!) We will have a lot of the new flooring laid down as well!

Our Remodel continues! The mats should be re arranged and secured by practice tonight. Come in and check out our expanded facilities and get some great work in!

Today is an historic day for the martial arts community in Great Falls. and Deisels Counter Punch got some cross training and several rounds of boxing in. We are so grateful for the opportunity to have all of you in and can't wait for all of us to share the mats again!

We had an awesome night of rolls with 3 new folks from the Balkans! Eduardo, Luke, and Ianas vacation here in Great Falls occasionally, so they decided to sight see at Deisels! We love have travelers come in. Thank you guys for the awesome work!

We got our boys out here ready to compete in the sport they love! Wish us luck!

The new Thursday competition Jui Jitsu class is a hit! I mean, look at the sweat on those mats. Do you want to take your game to the next level? Do you want to push your mental and physical toughness? Come join us for out classes!

Check out the difference between the end of our regular BJJ class and our Competion BJJ class! Everyone worked super hard today and drilled like there is no tomorrow. We would love to see you at the next class!
