Come join us on Solstice Saturday to celebrate the Darkness that holds the Light to come, when night and day are of equal length. This is the time of year to go inward, to embrace what healing we need, letting go of what was, reflecting on our darker side, letting go, and making room in our spirits for what is to come.
If you plan to bring something for the potluck, please let me know. You can text, call or sign up at the studio. We are looking forward to celebrating this year’s Winter Solstice and Holiday Season with you.

For the Holiday Season, I will be teaching a Gentle Flow/Yoga Nidra class each Thursday–December 1st, 8th, 15th, and 22nd at 5:30 pm.
I welcome you to come experience the gift of Yoga Nidra, to help reduce the stress during the holidays. It's such a beautiful way to be in the present moment so we can receive the holiday spirit.
So what is Yoga Nidra? Yoga meaning "union". Nidra meaning "a state of dynamic sleep". Yoga Nidra is learning to relax consciously. To induce complete physical, mental, and emotional relaxation.
We lack awareness of our own inner tension and may think that we are relaxed. Even while sleeping, thoughts and worries revolve in the mind so that the tense person wakes up feeling exhausted. So in order to relax completely, the inner tensions of the body, emotions, and mind must be released. Then the actual state of relaxation dawns. The practice of Yoga Nidra is the scientific method of removing these tensions. One hour of Yoga Nidra is as restful as four hours of conventional sleep.
Please join me as you gift yourself with healing body, mind, and spirit. Let's share a cup of cocoa afterwards. Looking forward to seeing you all.
Namaste,
Pamela
