Seishin Dojo GTF

A friendly reminder for those interested in martial arts/functional fitness classes starting this Wednesday, running Monday and Wednesday nights in October.

Chad Such in association with Big Sky Coresport is offering Martial Arts/Functional Fitness classes for the month of October.

Age Group : 14 and older

Time : 630pm-830pm

Days : Monday Evening Fundamentals & Wednesday Evening Technique

Dates : October 1st, 6th, 8th, 13th, 15th, 20th, 22nd, 27th and 29th

Class Cost : First 3 Classes are FREE, if you would like to attend classes for the rest of October, $60 will cover the remaining 6 classes

No Gi's (uniforms) required but if you have one, feel free to wear it. Any uniform or association is fine.

Class will consist of the following:
15 Minute Dynamic Warmup
45 Minute Martial Arts
8-30 Minute Functional Fitness Workout of the Day

Well folks, Seishin Dojo is closed and I have retired. Thank you to everyone who either attended classes or brought a student to classes, it was a distinct honor and privilege to teach for the time I was able. My sincerest hope is that anyone who came to our Dojo for instruction will continue to work hard at improving both themselves and the world around them. Remember folks - Do Good and Be Good!

A huge congratulations to Jonathon on your promotion to black belt (1st Dan) last night! You’ve put in a ton of work preparing, and the test nearly killed you off, but you did it! Awesome job, superb effort!
