I know everyone is anxiously awaiting for gyms to open back up so now is a great time to start planning out your next “real” training phase.
High frequency training (I classify this as 3x+ per week) is a great way to bring up weak body parts or movement patterns. However, I see many people attempting this style of training making huge errors. I made a quick info graphic to highlight my top 4 considerations when making a HF training split.

It was a great weekend for our clients as Anne Glynn took 2nd place in Pro Masters Figure and Leah Harms took 2nd in Novice and 3rd in Open Bikini in her first show! Congrats ladies your hard work shows!

AFC client Jodi Hastings competed in her first powerlifting meet this past weekend. Jodi placed first in Masters and second in the open category with a 260 squat, 145 bench, and 325 (new pr) deadlift! Congrats and great work Jodi!
