The June Brewhaha run at the Beacon. The weather was perfect and the post run beers were delicious.

Come out to our monthly Race Montana Brewhaha Beer Run event later today at The Beacon Icehouse!! The run will begin at 6pm and will start and end at the Beacon with cold beer waiting for you at the end! 🍻

It’s a beautiful day for some miles and some friends, so bring a few friends and get quick workout in! ☀️

We are excited about partnering with Great Falls Craft Beer Week to bring you the CBW 5K tomorrow afternoon at 5:30pm at Magpie! Get your friends together and enjoy a quick, fun 5K on the rivers edge trail before you enjoy a cold beer from Magpie!

GLOBAL RUNNING DAY is today...and the weather seems fully cooperative!
Today is the day! If you can get out for a run, do it! If you can't get out for a run today, put one on your calendar and start training for it now! Here are some upcoming ones!
- Havre's marathon day is this Saturday June 6th! The Bear Paw Marathon will be hosting a full marathon, half marathon, and even a 5K for anyone wanting to join in on the fun but not quite at marathon status yet.

- The INAUGURAL Great Falls Craft Beer Week (CBW) 5K will be held next Thursday afternoon at 5:30pm at Magpie and registration is FREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!! Go check out their page and find the registration link on the CBW beer run event page!

- The monthly RaceMT Brewhaha Beer Run will be held on June 18th this month at 6pm at The Beacon! It will be a 3-ish mile social run or walk and it is also FREE, just show up and have fun.
If you're a runner, get out there and get some miles! If you aren't a runner, set a goal to start today!

Jeff Galloway, the much-loved mentor of many American runners, who became a formative figure in the running movement by his tireless promotion of the sport and its life benefits, died on Wednesday at the age of 80 from complications from a stroke and brain bleeding, Runner’s World has learned.

After becoming what he called an “unlikely Olympian,” Galloway applied his teaching skills to his love of running, and for more than 50 years he was ingeniously inventive in finding ways to recruit, inspire, and educate runners. He was a pioneer of the run/walk method, also known as the “Galloway Method” or “Jeffing,” which instructed runners to add walking intervals into their runs.
