Four-week Foundations Course
Yoga doesn’t have to feel confusing.
Week by week, you’ll learn how to stabilize, move with your breath, modify poses, and build Sun Salutation A. By the end, you’ll say: “I can actually do this on my own.”

Last night I was listening to a talk by Jonathan Lehmann. In it he described the difference between Pleasure and Joy. Pleasure depends on outside circumstances to bring happiness, which can leading to chasing happiness through people or things. As he stated, there is nothing wrong in experiencing pleasure, but the problem it can lead to is tying your happiness to pleasure. Then we spend time "looking for happiness."
Joy is happiness that depends on nothing, it comes from within.
This really resonated with me. I intend to recognize joy and pleasure and accept them both for what they are.
Maybe this resinates with you too?

It is with great sadness that I must announce the lovely Ms. Audrey will be leaving the state of Montana in her rearview mirror. Her last night (in studio) will be September 21st. We will be sending her off in true ignite fashion with a GLOW party.
Doors will open at 6pm we will go until we are done. Come and say "see ya later" to this amazing human as she sets off for sunnier weather.
