Live 2 Dance Studio and Gymnastics

OCTOBER REMINDERS- I send reminders at the beginning of each month with studio information. It will also be posted on the bulletin board, our website, and Facebook!

1. Our Butter braids fundraiser starts October 20th! It will be due back November 3rdth!

2. We will be OPEN Thursday, October 16th and Friday, October 17th.

3. We will be CLOSED Friday, October 31st for Halloween!

4. We will be doing Halloween dancing and tumbling on Friday, October 24th, through Thursday, Oct 30th. You may wear Halloween-themed clothing over your leotard as long as you can move freely. Please, NO COSTUMES. They could get ruined. ☹

5. Dancers only: Costumes are coming up! There will be a half down payment due in November and a full payment due in December. Watch for costume emails in October 😊

6. Always be sure to wear a leotard to class! Without a leotard, dancers and tumblers will be unable to fully participate in class.

7. Watch for an email or Facebook post for when your Holiday Wishes fundraising items arrive! They usually arrive about 2 weeks after the orders are placed.

Reminder! Holiday fundraisers are due today!!

A new Hip-Hop age 9-11 class has been added!! If you are already in this class, please check your emails to know which class you are in! We now have one on Tuesdays at 6 pm and one on Thursdays at 5:30 pm.

Here are our 2025-26 Schedules! Please double check your class times! Classes begin September 8th! We are so excited to see you all!!

If you are planning on attending our 2025-26 classes but haven't registered yet, please do so! We have some very full classes and we won't be able to accept walk-in students. If you need any help registering or have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask!

If we won't be seeing you this season, we will miss you!!

Open House today from 11 to 2 at the studio!
Perfect time to get registered for our fall/spring season if you haven't done that yet!
Do you need new shoes or a new leotard? How about a studio jacket or a bag to hold it all? We've got what you need to start the new season!

Potluck/Recital tonight!!! Gibson park at 6pm. So excited!!!!

- We are on our last month for Summer classes. All Summer classes end August 21st.
- Fall classes begin September 8th! Open House is August 23rd from 11 am to 2 pm!
- Popcorn orders are here!! You can pick them up during classes (Monday through Thursday 2:00 pm – 5:30 pm)
- Back 2 School Bash (Dancers)
o After more communication with the organizers, we have a set plan. All dancers will perform at 1:00 pm on Friday, August 15th!
o Please be at the 3 Rivers Stage (fair grounds) by 12:40 to stretch.
o Wear summer t-shirts, black bottoms, with hair in pony tails - no bangs.
- Potluck (Summer Recital for Dancers, Gymnasts, and Tumblers)!
o Our potluck is scheduled for Friday, August 22nd at 6:00 pm. We will start eating at 6:00, and start our show at 6:30!
o At Gibson Park on the stage!
o May want to bring Chairs.
o We do a potluck for this recital to stay in the summer spirit! We have 65 students this summer:
 I’ll have a sign up sheet this year so you know what others are bringing! It will be on our bulletin board!
o Wear T-shirts, and black bottoms, with hair up and out of the face!

- Tuition is due the first lesson of each month.

Picture overload! But the 4th parade was so fun!!! Thanks to all of our students for joining us! Thanks to all the parents for helping out! Great job handing out candy, and flyers, dancing, tumbling, and doing the worm so many times that your hands and clothes turned black!!! I absolutely love being your teacher!! 😁💙

- Popcorn Fundraiser is Due back by Monday, June 30thst!
- 4th of July Parade is Friday, July 4th at 11am!
o Please meet at 10:45. You can find us in the parade line. It starts at Energy West and you can just walk down the line until you find us! Or you can wait by the tree in front of Energy West and we can pick you up along the way as we get started!
o Every dancer or tumbler is invited to join us! Parents and siblings are also welcome!
o We will have a cooler of water but please also make sure to bring water or Gatorade to stay hydrated! It’s going to be a hot morning. And bring sunscreen!
o We would also love some parent volunteers to help with watching kids and making sure parade rules are being followed!
 Parade Rules: We CAN NOT throw candy! We must hand it over the ropes. Our little ones can ride on our trailer instead of walking – we must be seating while moving – do not try to get off or on while the trailer is moving and always ask an adult for assistance! Do not go past the front of the trailer – stay behind the truck! Try not to get behind – stay with our group so we are not too spread out!
o Anyone that wants to bring candy is also welcome! It seems we always run out so we can always use more!
o Dress up for the 4th and be ready to have fun!!!!

Welcome to Summer 2025!!
Thank you for registering for our summer classes! I send out Reminders at the beginning of each month to keep you updated on what is happening in our studio/gymnastics center! I also post this information on our website and on Facebook! Any new information I need to communicate with you will also be sent out through email and posted on our website!
June Reminders:
- Summer Classes start June 9th!

- If you need shoes or dance wear or gymnastics wear, you can purchase these at the studio right before or after class!
o ALL classes require their students to wear leotards to class, and hair up and out of the face! Gymnastics/Tumbling classes will go bare foot. Tap classes need black tap shoes with no ties. Jazz/Hip-hop classes will need black jazz shoes. Ballet classes will need pink ballet shoes. We do sell all shoes at the studio, but do not require you to get them from us!

- Tuition is due the 1st lesson of each month. Because our 1st lesson this month is the 9th, tuition will be due the 9th! If you saved a card on file, tuition will come out automatically for you on the 9th in June, but on the 1st for Both July and August! If you need a card deleted, just let me know! If you want your card saved but do not want auto pay set up, please let me know!
o We have 2 options for tuition this summer. You can pay by month or you can pay only one time for the entire summer with a slight discount! I have everyone automatically set up to pay by month. If you want to pay for the entire summer, please let me know!!

- We know vacations happen in the summer 😊 If you are going to be gone from classes, just let us know!

- Your registration fee includes our Summer T-shirt! We will be sizing for those the 1st week of classes! They will then need to be ordered and made; you will be getting them sometime in July!

July 4th – all students are invited to join us in the 4th of July Parade!
We can’t wait to start our Summer!! We love teaching your children!
