The Balance Health New Year Recharge Challenge was an amazing one this year! We wanted to share with you some amazing results from the 58 participants making up 29 teams that participated for 8-weeks to better their health!
Each week, teams had a different challenge they attempted daily. For completing a challenge they got points along with an extra credit challenge each week. These challenges ranged from fitness to nutrition to overall wellness. The goal was for participants to look at the wide variety of ways to better their health all around.
Our pair who won the challenge with the most points earned in 8-weeks was .velasquez2 and Lisa an unstoppable couple who almost had perfect scores throughout the entirety of the challenge. Because of their hard work and dedication they both saw some amazing progress with weight loss, lean muscle gain, and body fat loss.
Great work you two and to everyone else that participated. We will be highlighting more in the coming days!
