• Closing date this Tuesday (Sept 8): Make sure to enter by Tuesday to avoid late fees.

• 2-Day Format (Sat/Sun):

◦ We heard you—compete all weekend without having to take time off from school or work!

◦ Dressage Saturday; SJ to XC Sunday

• Divisions & Awards:

◦ Separate awards (and/or divisions if entries warrant) specifically for Amateurs and Juniors

◦ Offering M/T, T, T/N, N, BN, Starter, and Intro

◦ Don't see the division you want? We can add more divisions upon request

◦ Ribbons through 8th place, plus amazing prizes for top 3 places

• New Intro Level Offered: Perfect for green horses and riders! Fences ≤18" (and no oxers) with coaching permitted.

• Friday Dressage Schooling Rounds: Practice dressage rounds Friday- stay tuned for sign up information

• Horse-Friendly Footing & Courses:

◦ Fun, horse-friendly courses (no pesky trakehners or down banks this year 🙂

◦ Great footing- cross country will be fully aerovated

Did you know that “certain amino acids, such as lysine, threonine and methionine, are significant components of muscle protein and are essential for muscle growth, development and repair. They are considered essential, as horses cannot make them, and they must be supplied through the diet” (1)?

Merriam-Webster defines community as: the people with common interests living in a particular area.

How do we as the Tomora Horse Trials team define community?
We think community is when incredibly kind and generous people step in to help others who are trying to help another community. Circle inside circles intersecting circles? Yeah, it’s as clear as mud for sure.

Let us clear it up. We have 40 stalls on site for the horse trials but we needed more like 100. In come our knights in shining armor at Hutchinson Western and Murdoch’s to supply 54 (!!!!) additional stalls.

When we say we couldn’t do it without Hutchinson Western and Murdoch’s in our community, we really mean it so one more time for those in the back…

WE COULDN’T HOUSE ALL YOUR LOVELY PONIES, HONIES AND HORSES WITHOUT HUTCHINSON WESTERN AND MURDOCH’S!

How can you be part of the community? Support them with all your horse and outdoor needs. They can supply whatever you need so definitely hit them up and be part of this rockin’ community!

Is anything cooler than one barn supporting another?!? We don’t think so either!

Have you gotten the youngsters, greenies or newbies to Sunrise’s awesome mini trials? We have and you should also!

Sunrise supports the eventing community by offering low stress, mini trials to the community throughout the year. And let us tell you, as we nurse our horse show hangover, they are rockstars for delivering numerous schooling shows for all to enjoy!
